If you wish to delete your AstroDating account and permanently
remove your personal data, please follow the steps below.
đ How to Request Data Deletion
Choose one of the following methods to delete your
account and data:

Method 1: Delete via AstroDating App (Recommended - Instant)
This is the fastest way to delete your data.
- Open the AstroDating mobile app
- Go to your Profile tab
- Tap the Settings icon (âī¸ gear icon)
- Scroll down to Safe Settings section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Read the confirmation message carefully
- Tap "Confirm Delete" to permanently delete your account
âąī¸ Processing Time: Immediate (instant deletion)
đ§ Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the AstroDating app, you can request deletion via email.
- Send an email to: support@astrodating.com
- Use the subject line: "REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION - AstroDating"
- In the email body, include:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Your full name as shown in the app
- Confirmation that you want to delete all data associated with your AstroDating account

âšī¸ Data Retained for Legal/Compliance Reasons
The following data is kept for a limited time due to legal requirements:
- Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial
regulations
- Support Tickets: Retained for 90 days for quality assurance and dispute resolution
- Fraud Prevention Logs: Anonymized security logs retained for 1 year to prevent
abuse
All retained data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity.
â ī¸ Important Notes
- Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will
need to create a new account if you wish to use AstroDating again.
- Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it
separately through the Google Play Store. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel
subscriptions.
- Data in Other Users' Devices: Messages or photos that other users have saved to
their devices cannot be deleted by us.
- Backup Copies: Backup copies of deleted data are removed within 30 days of account
deletion.

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data before deletion
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to data processing
- Port your data to another service
